Brilliant really works I suffer from a severe anxiety disorder and I scratch my skin off of my arms but this interrupts those signals and somehow trick my mind into thinking that’s what I’m doing when I’m not it also relaxed me on a night I have a overactive mind but this really helps if you have mental illness small or large it will help. 10 minute timer, not enough time, to relax a fall asleep. I used it last night for the first time . I used it for 30 minutes and fell asleep without using any medication. Had s good nights sleep. would recommend trying it.
